Fees
for the services provided by Visual Persuasions Canada
are available per project or by retainer. The VPC project
rate is $50.00 CAD/USD per hour, chargeable in 15 minute
increments, with a minimum charge of 2 hours. The VPC
retainer rate begins at $46.00 CAD/USD per hour base
on 10, 20, 40, 50 or 60 hours per month programs.

Retainer
Program Details
- A
minimum commitment of 3 months is required to begin
work with the retainer programs.
- Time
is meticulously tracked to the minute using an online
time tracking system.
- For
new retainer program clients, the first month's
fee is submitted before any work begins, and is
sent with a signed copy of the Virtual Assistance
Retainer Agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of
each month and is payable one month in advance.
Per Project Program Details
A
signed Virtual Assitance Per Project Agreement detailing
the description of services and fees is required before
any project begins. A 50% deposit on the estimated
total cost is required before work begins for those
clients using the per project plan.
Payment
by cheque or money order should be made payable to
Visual Persuasions Canada. An administration
charge of $40 USD will be billed on NSF payments.
We also accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover Card or eCheck via PayPal.
Please
note that ancillary expenses are not included in rates
(i.e., courier charges, materials, printing, postage,
photocopying, etc.).
