Build Your List with Freebie Give-aways

The give-away’s purpose is to get people into your marketing funel, in order to get a ‘taste’ of what you have to offer and to build your marketing list.
Why build a list? People deal with people they know, like and trust – something I like to call the “KLT Factor” and by providing a regular ezine or other keep-in-touch program to keep in front of these prospective customers, you can build relationships with them over time in a non-intrusive, informative and helpful manner – inherently building the KLT Factor and, played properly, position you as an expert, autority or “thought leader” in your area of expertise.
People will be more apt to purchase from you as you build the relationship (read ‘nuture’) and provide them with relevant, informative contact – being careful not to promote too often or to be overly ‘salesy’. This will turn off more people than it will capture.
So, get busy and create an enticing give-away for your website and build that list!
